Return Policy
I want you to be really happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (minus the delivery charge).
To qualify for a refund the bag MUST be unused and in original condition.
If the bag arrives to you damaged, please return it unused and I will exchange or give you a full refund.

Shipping
I will ship all over the World.
Your bag is lovingly hand packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) of receiving your order.
Delivery Times
I use Royal Mail* 1st Class for all deliveries.
Delivery within UK normally takes 1-2 business days.
Delivery for the EU normally takes 3-5 business days.
Delivery for Rest of the World normally takes 4-7 business days.
* Please Note: Royal Mail do not accept requests to have packages left with neighbours etc. All parcels require a signature on delivery and are insured against loss in the post.

UK Shipping Charges = £ 4.50
EU Shipping Charges = £ 6.50
Rest of the World Shipping Charges = £ 9.50
